The Reporting Specialist serves as the key resource for producing regularly scheduled reporting for Recycling and will report to the Sr.
Manager of Analytics.
The suite of reports includes but is not limited to operational, financial, geographical (mapping), contractual, and master data elements.
Reporting is generated for mill procurement, recycle plants, and strategic commercial operations, but may also include reporting and data support for finance and accounting as needed.
This role will serve as the first line of review for identifying data anomalies and business improvement opportunities from the various reports.
The position is also responsible for supporting the creation of new reports, improving upon existing reports, and partnering with other Analytics team members in the process & design of data analysis, which could include ad-hoc analysis and excel modeling.

Responsibilities:
Business ExcellenceGenerate majority of recurring reports for Analytics team across all functions including but not limited to:
Converting, Sales, National Accounts, Mill Procurement, Plants, and Market AnalyticsContribute to new report development or existing report modification as needed.
Assist in ad-hoc data analysis to support management in optimal business decisions.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, analysis, and reconciliation reportsIndependently complete projects and/or presentations for business needs.
Respond to inquiries timely, review discrepancies and research data, as necessary.
Responsible for meeting metrics set by management.
Assist manager with data analysis for team metrics and process improvements.
People and CultureEffectively and clearly communicate with all stakeholders to provide the highest level of customer service.
Develop and nurture positive and collaborative relationships with all internal and external customers.
Work in conjunction with other departments and locations to resolve disputes in a timely fashion.
Participate in in-house continuing education to further knowledge and skills.

Experience:
1-3 years of experience in working in an operational, administrative, support or customer care position with strong analytical and data management responsibilities.
Bachelors' degree in business administration, operations, or finance preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
