Customer Service Representative

Primary responsibility will be to provide varying levels of support to Management. Other duties include but are not limited to:
Assignment of a wide variety of diverse administrative general office functions such as ordering supplies, filing, answering phones and screening visitors, and organization of information Answering and transferring of incoming calls Use of MS Office and other software programs Project completion as required Perform other duties as may be assigned
Position Requirements
High School diploma required Previous general office experience; prior experience in sales and/or customer service beneficial to role Outstanding computer skills with the ability to apply knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Experience creating reports and manipulating data using database applications Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to exercise appropriate discretion and good judgment in completing job duties and maintaining confidential information Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers Demonstrated ability to perform within a team environment and add to the overall success of the team
