POSITION Overview:
The position development ,tracking, updating and monitoring of scheduling functions on a capital improvement program reporting directly to the owner (client).
Responsibilities:
Planning and Scheduling:
Facilitates the development of the work breakdown structure (WBS), interfacing with the client program and project management, Engineering, and construction as needed.
Develops and maintains the Program Master Schedule and facilitates Project Planning as appropriate.
Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
Develops and maintains less complex project critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information.
Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule.
Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
Reports schedule status to all levels of project and Company management as well as to the Client.
Qualifications
Requirements:

4-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience) and 3-5 years of related work experience.

Proficient in MS Project Professional and MS Project Server 2010 or above are required.

Knowledge of SharePoint is a must.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
:

Requires basic project management knowledge and experience working on large capital improvement programs Experience working with or within county governments is a plus.

Proficient PC skills including a working knowledge of various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
