We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Mobiliti products. This position is based out Fiserv's Norcross, Georgia office.
This is a great opportunity to join a team in charge of the industry's leading and most used mobile banking and payments products. You will have responsibility for growing the capability of our product range that currently offers mobile financial services applications for over 2,000 Financial Institutions (FI's) and provides services to millions of consumers. This may also be your chance to enter into the fast-paced and challenging area of mobile and tablet technology- a field that is revolutionizing the way consumers manage their financial lives and lead a product line that is extremely well positioned to triple revenues (to a few hundred million dollars) in the next 2-3 years

Responsibilities:
o Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Senior Product Manager responsibilities are to:
o Understand customer demand and analyze the competitive landscape to translate into product requirements and detailed features
o Prioritize and validate customer needs and request for product changes & enhancements.
o Manage the complete product life cycle from inception, definition, rollout and ongoing improvements through to end of life
o Develop business cases for specific features and initiatives
o Develop and manage product roadmaps
o Develop pricing and positioning strategies
o Influence Product Managers in charge of other related Fiserv products where appropriate
o Influence Sales and Marketing representatives to achieve desired outcomes through successful channel management, adoption, and marketing activities
o Work with Support and operational representatives to achieve client satisfaction for clients using the products
o Engage closely with the development teams to help with making implementation decisions and develop schedules
o Actively participate with product development teams to define product requirements, specifications and acceptance testing criteria. Review and provide final sign-off for all requirements for any owned modules.
Job Knowledge / Skills:
o Be knowledgeable, experienced, and proficient in Product management standards and practices (Agile, Scrum, Pragmatic Marketing) with particular appreciation for the end-to-end Product management discipline
o Maintain expert level knowledge of mobile and tablet technology and industry trends
o Be able to effectively work with other organizational units and lead through influence

o Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and make balanced judgments when faced with trade-offs

Education / Experience Requirements
o BS/BA or equivalent experience required. Advanced degrees in MBA and a technical background strongly preferred.
o Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in a product management role. Preference for prior experience managing the product life cycle for software products.
Travel, domestic and international required up to 10% of the time.
