This position is accountable to provide service technician work direction to exceed customer expectations. Role is accountable for parts interpretation, parts and service quoting, quote follow up, project execution management, pricing inquires, order processing, expediting and high level problem solving.
Leadership skills are a must - candidate must motivate and provide work direction to highly experienced field service techniciansCandidate must be self motivated to be able to work independently and take ownership as well as being a member of a team where a person in this position is responsible for generating sales dollars.Person must be able to rapidly shift priorities to meet customer needsIndustrial sales experience is a plus Product knowledge is a plus Language skills as requiredBasic PC skill is required (Microsoft Office Suite)Customer focused attitude is required, Significant organizational skills is requiredAccount management is a plus Ability to multi-task is required Oracle/SAP ERP preferred but not required
