Administrative Assistant needed at Non-Profit Foundation and Law Firm

Access to Law Foundation and A Salmon Firm LLC, law firm located in Norcross, GA are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist attorney with office organization, preparation of legal cases and documents, and general administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Handle a wide variety of correspondence, memoranda, minutes, presentations, and documents from concept or rough draft to a finished product.
- Maintain filing, copying, and maintenance of documents.
- Translate between English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
- Answer phone calls when needed.
- Attend court and immigration interviews with attorneys.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have a strong passion to helping people.
- Must have Bachelor's degree.
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
- Must be able to multitask effectively and efficiently, meet deadlines and understand time commitments, and be detailed oriented.
- Must be respectful and tactful when dealing with clients, as well as sensitive to their needs.
- Must be professional in dress and manner and sensitive to confidentiality.
- Must be able to maintain a calm persona in hectic and fast-paced situations.
- The candidate should also be passionate about and sensitive to immigration and other legal matters.
- Must be willing to learn and take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
