JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be considered an entry level Recruiter and will, upon successful completion of this role, pursue a sales career as an Account Manager or Technical Recruiter
Subject matter expert; specific sales role; project driven; exhibits technical skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Responsibilities:
Client relationship as needed to develop sales
GP/Revenue Responsibility:
Personal GP quota responsibility
Freedom to Act/Accountability:
Guidance given: Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Receives guidance based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization-s objectives and schedules
Policy involvement: Follows operating policies. Follows organizational policies
Supervisory/Relationship:
Accomplishes results through combined effort of team. Follows the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity.
Direct Work Involvement/Complexity:
Responsible for completion of all projects assigned to team. Help meet established schedules or resolved technical or operational problems. Follows centralized functional projects
Evaluate candidates- strengths compared to clients- requirements. Identify, select and recommend best candidates to clients through detailed screening and skill assessment interviews
Source through internal candidate database as well as professional associations, referrals, and other networking resources
Manage contract employees while on assignment - documenting all activities in applicant tracking system or other documentation tools
Assess and investigate contractor related problems, providing counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary
Participate in structured Technical Recruiter training program
Impact:
Erroneous decisions or recommendations would possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time, human resources, and funds
Liaison:
Frequent contact with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
EDUCATION:
Bachelor-s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or Engineering
EXPERIENCE:
Previous sales or recruiting internship experience is a plus
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work within a team environment
Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to qualify and close deals
Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
