Responsible via outbound calling for retaining business through mining and growing accounts with a wireless subscriber base within the business and/or state and local public sector account space.
, and grows the subscriber base based on geographic/vertical characteristics as defined by management.
Through solutions based selling and account management, analyzes customer needs, identifies and customizes wireless/voice/data products and services to maintain and grow accounts.
Increases a revenue generating sales pipeline, which consists of active accounts.
Works within a team environment and partners with the solutions sales support team to develop account strategy and close business.
Is accountable for a high volume of customer calls and maintenance of assigned accounts to achieve all quota metrics.
Previous telecommunications industry experience is a plus. Candidate will need to test on Excel, Word and Typing

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
