The ideal candidate will be our client's first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and support.
This role requires expertise in managing incoming and outgoing calls, specializing in utilizing RingCentral.
The successful applicant will be critical in facilitating smooth communication between clients and our healthcare professionals, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for individuals seeking mental health services.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls courteously and professionally, providing callers with the necessary information and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Make outgoing calls as required, including appointment reminders, follow-up calls, and coordination with other healthcare providers.
Manage and navigate RingCentral efficiently to handle calls, voicemails, and call routing.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times, ensuring the privacy and security of patient information.
Schedule appointments and update calendars for healthcare professionals.
Provide basic information about our services and direct inquiries to the relevant staff member.
Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and maintaining call logs.
Work collaboratively with the team to improve patient experience and streamline communication processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a receptionist or call center role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong proficiency in RingCentral and other telecommunication systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
High level of professionalism and a patient-centric approach to customer service.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and in compliance with privacy laws.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management, Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Work Hours &
