The duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products and services to best help customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide customers with on-hand stock status, images, freight costs, future stock ETA and perform order related Q&As.
Interact with customers and handle customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Process data entry in sales orders timely and make sure SO total amount matches customer's PO.
Collect Bill of lading info and inform customer with their shipment's tracking number.
Support Sales Reps as needed with tagging materials, taking pictures of products, and sending info via email or text to sales rep or customer.
Follow up with customers and factory on special orders.
Update shipment status to customers accordingly.
Prepare packing list for warehouse team when special order shipments arrive from the factory.
Add shipping info on Internal Note and Freight amount on SO when processing daily billing.
Match packing list copy, sales order and customer PO to daily shipment file.
Stay current on the latest product knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned by Branch Sales Operations Manager and Senior managements.
Skills and
Qualifications:

years of experience in a wholesale business operation Experience in the Stone Distribution business Highly organized multi-tasker with an eye for detail Knowledge of company products and client business Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once while effectively managing through stressful situations Four-year college degree is preferred but not required Job Type:
