The CSR will be in charge of shipping also.
The CSR will also execute administrative and sales-related responsibilities that relate to client relations management.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Answer, receive and respond to incoming customer request via phone, email and chat Offer assistance and help the walk-in customer with inquiries.
Review, process, and release orders to warehouse.
Create and process orders with diligence and accuracy and send necessary quotes/drawings/receipts to the client in a timely manner.
Follow-up with clients after their order has been completed and gather feedback.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Research and track customer orders and relay information to customer via oral and/or written correspondence Create Return authorization and Item receipt for customers' return or exchange.
Facilitate and manage warranty claims for customers.
Coordinate outbound shipments to meet customer demand.
Work closely with logistics partners to optimize shipping processes.
Communicate and work effectively with all company departments.
Effectively multi-task while maintaining clarity and proper prioritization management.
Manage the reception area and keep it clean, as needed.
Other duties as assigned by your manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to meet deadlines, exhibit great attention to detail and communicate in a professional, concise manner is essential.
A thorough understanding of standard business practices, problem-solving issues in a rapid environment and a clients-first attitude is necessary for success.
Familiarity with cabinet fabrication, terminology or similar industry experience is highly preferred, but not required.
Minimum Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point).
2-4 years of related client service experience.
Understanding of basic software systems and products.
Proven communication skills.
Bilingual:
Spanish and English.
