Responsibilities:
- Providing expert and a wide variety of office administrative support to a very busy C.

- Performing general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing - Scheduling/booking travel - Building and maintaining spreadsheets and Power Point presentations - Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings - Assisting in organizing and maintaining various projects
Qualifications:
- Five years of previous experience in an administrative role is preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Must be an organized multi-tasker and self motivated - Consummate professional preferred and must be neat in appearance As an Administrative Assistant, your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall effectiveness of your role.
