Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
They will interact with customers to answer questions about our products and services, answer customer complaints, and recommend solutions.
The CSR will also process orders and handle customer inquiries from day one through to their delivery.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions about our products and services; recommend solutions to address customer concerns.
Recommend products and services based on customers' needs; provide information about the benefits of our products and services to customers.
Process orders and ship orders as scheduled.
Follow all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Work with other departments to ensure that customers are satisfied.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Proven working experience in a customer support or support role.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Ability to multi-task and work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Customer service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills.
