Salary:

This role will be remote with work related travel - must be regional / within driving distance of Georgia, ideally Atlanta.
Emphasis is within Data Center, Site Design, Erosion, Drainage, Grading, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction of data centers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, grading, drainage, site layout, utilities, erosion control, and permitting.
Responsibilities:
Manage the construction of data centers from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
Manage project risk and develop contingency plans as needed.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.

years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction of data centers.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering, grading, drainage, site layout, utilities, erosion control, and permitting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
