You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, overseeing projects, and ensuring the successful execution of computer vision initiatives.
Required Skills& Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in computer vision, machine learning, or related fields, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex computer vision projects.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in an engineering leadership/management role.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
Desired Skills & Experience Lead the computer vision team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment to drive innovation and excellence.
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for computer vision technologies, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
