Their duties include classroom training, hands on practical training, curriculum development, taking phone calls from customers or communicating with them through messaging platforms, helping customers diagnose technical issues over the phone and speaking with them about configuring hardware or installing software on equipment, devices, sensors, etc.
The primary applications that the new hire will instruct, and support may include utility locating, mapping, concrete inspection, locator competency, ground penetrating radar, site safety, etc Responsibilities include:
Perform operational training on new equipment Perform hands-on practical workshops for existing and prospective customers Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission Provide systems support for end client, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting Maintain technical skills in field of expertise and keep abreast of developments in technology and solutions Updating the company website with tech tips, brief documents, and reference material Evaluating customer workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies Work closely with sales team and provide technical sales support Perform demonstrations of equipment, software, and integrated systems Work in a team-based environment with the ability to function independently Job Type:
