Day-to-Day Activities As an Arbor-Nomics Office Manager, you'll report to the President while supporting various company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
Employee training will be an essential part of your role to improve efficiency and ensure conformance with standard procedures and practices.
You'll manage CSR staff by interviewing, selecting, and orienting employees.
Supporting CSR staff will also be a vital part of your daily responsibilities by coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintaining office services will be required by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, designing file systems, reviewing, and approving supply requisitions, assigning, and monitoring clerical functions Keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends will be an important part of your position.
You'll promote office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
You'll inspect branch office installations and facilities to ensure that service and operating standards are followed You'll organize various executive appointment schedules, conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, and delegate work to CSR staff while following up on results.
You'll complete operational and requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on their work.
What We Need From You High School Diploma A valid driver's license.
Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Must be comfortable in a supervisor role of ten or more employees.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and it would be helpful if you have Real Green experience( but not required).
