We consider the warehouse to be the heart of the operation here at Global Aviation.
The primary responsibility of a warehouse associate is to manage the flow of aviation parts and equipment within the warehouse, from receipt to storage, and eventually to shipment.
Overall, our warehouse associates plays a crucial role in managing inventory, maintaining order and organization, and facilitating the efficient distribution of aviation parts to support the industry's needs.
Responsibilities The primary responsibility of a warehouse associate is to manage the flow of aviation parts and equipment within the warehouse, from receipt to storage, and eventually to shipment.
Receiving and Inspection:
Receive incoming shipments, verify their accuracy against purchase orders, inspect for damages or discrepancies, and document any issues.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records by properly labeling, categorizing, and recording parts in the WMS system.
Cycle counting on a reoccurring basis to ensure inventory is accurate.
Order Fulfillment:
Pick and prepare parts accurately and efficiently based on customer orders.
Prepare necessary documentation, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Shipping:
Pack parts and ensure quality is exceptional.
Prepare shipping documents, coordinate with couriers, and collaborate with shipping carriers and logistics personnel.
Maintain a Clean and orderly working environment.
Most importantly we are looking for individuals to grow and excel within the company.
