Job Description:
We are currently seeking hardworking and capable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facility.
This position involves two primary
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Picker and Warehouse Packer.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Picker:
Grasp and handle goods carefully, following safety guidelines and procedures.
Load goods onto pallets or containers, ensuring proper stacking and securing of items.
Sort and organize goods in designated warehouse locations according to specific criteria.
Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
Warehouse Packer:
Pack items securely and efficiently, following packaging guidelines and quality standards.
Prepare packages for shipment by affixing labels, completing necessary documentation, and ensuring proper sealing.
Utilize appropriate packaging materials to protect fragile or delicate items during transit.
Collaborate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and ensure timely delivery of packages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing area.

Responsibilities:
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
Work Schedule:
The warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday.
All employees are required to work on Mondays and Saturdays.
Employees will have one day off from Tuesday to Friday.
Sundays are off, providing a total of 5 working days per week.
