Lead day to day operations for the FL Parts Warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Lead all Warehouse employees and processes to include Inbound, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Returns.
Ensure internal company KPIs are being met.
Create reports for internal teams on Daily Inbound and Outbound work processes.
Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
Encourage and support team to exceed KPI expectations.
Help maintain dealer relationships and satisfaction levels.
Develop training programs for warehouse employees on processes and operations.
Develop and maintain a safety program for the warehouse and warehouse employees.
Manage and develop temporary employees for full-time consideration.
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) Former WMS (warehouse management system) skills Leadership Skills Other duties:
Other duties and functions appropriate to the position as assigned by the manager from time to time.
Work environment and other requirements:
The work environment is a non-smoking office environment.
Some heavy lifting required.
Mostly sitting with computer and phone usage.
Accommodations can be made for handicapped employee.
Travel only on an as needed basis.
