Customer Service Manager Assignment Focus:
We are looking for a highly-detailed Single Family Rental (SFR) Coordinator to join our team.
The SFR Coordinator will provide service to our single family rental accounts.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and is able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to schedule flooring installations Work with field representatives to schedule punch work Prepare quotes for service Daily reporting for installation team Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions Desired Skills and
Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to read and interpret house plans and schedules Strong attention to details Proactive customer service approach Strong sense of urgency Salary & Benefits Salary based on experience.
