Client Experience Duties:
New Client Onboarding:
Creating illustrations, processing insurance applications, guiding clients through the underwriting process and communicates with clients about next steps in the process Respond to client inquiries in a professional manner Process client service requests (e.
g.
address changes, beneficiary changes, benefit updates, etc.
) Follow-up to ensure all client service is completed Serve as a liaison between the clients and the insuring company Schedule medical exams and coordinate Attending Physician Statements Keep team up to date on application and client statuses Assist with the group benefits service and annual renewals Help on various projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required Preferred financial services and insurance experience - Life and Health Insurance license preferred (or must obtain in first 90 days) High attention to details and organizational skill Superior verbal and written communication skills Capable of working interdependently with others and effectively providing feedback to team members Salary:
$55k-60k Pay:
