Administrative Assistant position open in Norcross, GA. We are looking for someone who is willing to start out working 40 hours per week. Work hours will be within 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri. .The right candidate will meet the following criteria:Have no criminal backgroundBe able to submit to a drug test.Be willing to start out on a part-time temporary basis.Be able to show up to work every day and on time, with no tardies or absences in the first 30 days.Are authorized to work in the U.S. and have documents to prove such.Position Requirements:Bilingual English Spanish is desiredA great phone voice and ability to manage multi-line phone system.The ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish well. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced staffing environment.The ability to learn new things, and be a team-player.The ability to create correspondence, communicate well in writing, on the phone and in person with clients and applicants.The ability to conduct phone screenings with potential candidates for the orientation process. Experience in recruiting preferred but not required.A working knowledge of data entry systems and ability to learn a new system.
